New Quarter

When the iconic Melbourne venue Hannoi Hannah was slated for a revamp, we leaped at the chance to help craft this modern Melbourne institution.

Working with Ewert Leaf, the project features plenty of structural steel and exposed metal, warmly lit by gorgeous feature lighting. The result is a space that’s larger, but still creates an intimate dining experience.

A totally new commercial kitchen was also installed, helping kickstart a new Vietnamese-inspired menu.

The result of this project, completed in just four weeks and with a budget of $300,000, helps New Quarter cement its place as a familiar – yet new – cornerstone of the Richmond dining scene.
