Sou’West Brewery

The new Sou’West Brewery is part of the transformation of the old Boardriders Headquarters in Torquay. Having already completed an upgrade to the Boardriders office space, we built a new brewery and café for the site's new owners, IP Generation. To meet town planning requirements, extensive civil and landscaping works had to be included.

To create the 600-person brewery, some existing walls and slabs had to be demolished, along with an 11 metre extension to create a beer hall, bar, brewing facilities, play space and office admin.

The building facade and entry were transformed into a stunning visual entrance to mark the new place to be on the Surf Coast.
